gcj-arm-linux-gnueabihf software package provides GNU Java compiler (based on GCC) for the armhf architecture, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gcj-arm-linux-gnueabihf
gcj-arm-linux-gnueabihf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gcj-arm-linux-gnueabihf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gcj-arm-linux-gnueabihf *
You will get with gcj-arm-linux-gnueabihf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
